Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Have you checked for any holds or freezes? Sometimes theres codes that indicate why its delayed

Tax expert here. As of dates are automated system updates and dont indicate processing status. What you want to look for are transaction codes like 570, 971, or 846. Those actually tell you whats happening with your return and if theres any issues that need addressing.

Just wanted to update - I used that taxr.ai tool someone mentioned and it was AMAZING! Worth every penny fr. Showed me exactly why my return was delayed (missing form) and what to do. Got my refund 2 weeks after fixing it!

Check your transcript weekly. Sometimes they fix it faster than they say but dont tell u

Check your tax topic number on WMR. That can give you more info about whats actually happening with your return

I actually work at a tax firm and we've been seeing tons of 810 codes lately. Best advice is to verify your identity on ID.me if you haven't already. Sometimes that speeds up the process.
