If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

I learned way too much about this last year dealing with delays. The 'as of' date is basically meaningless unless you see actual transaction codes changing. But here's what helped me track everything: - Check for any notice issued codes (971) - Look for freeze codes (570) - Watch for 846 code (that's the refund issued!) - Use taxr.ai to decode everything (seriously saved my sanity) The tool will tell you exactly what each code means for YOUR situation and when you can expect movement. Way better than playing detective with google searches!

what's the link for that tool again?

https://taxr.ai - literally the best thing ever for dealing with irs stuff

bruh the IRS and state tax systems need to get it together... why do we need separate websites for everything smh

Check your W4 state withholding. After kids, if you didn't adjust it you might not be withholding enough for state taxes

0 coins

how do I fix that?

0 coins

Talk to your HR department about updating your state withholding. You might need to have extra $ taken out each check

Check if you claimed EIC or CTC - those usually take longer to process due to extra verification steps

When Will I Receive My $9,131 EIC Refund - Tax Return Processed Feb 24 With Self Employment

Just got my transcript and I'm trying to understand what it all means. According to my account transcript, I have an ACCOUNT BALANCE of -$10,131.00 AS OF: Feb. 19, 2025. My ACCRUED INTEREST shows 0.00 and ACCRUED PENALTY also shows 0.00 AS OF: Feb. 19, 2025. The ACCOUNT BALANCE PLUS ACCRUALS (with a note that "this is not a payoff amount") is -$10,131.00. Looking at the "INFORMATION FROM THE RETURN OR AS ADJUSTED" section, it shows: EXEMPTIONS: 05 FILING STATUS: Married Filing Joint ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME: $25,286.00 TAXABLE INCOME: 0.00 TAX PER RETURN: $2,216.00 SE TAXABLE INCOME TAXPAYER: $14,484.00 SE TAXABLE INCOME SPOUSE: 0.00 TOTAL SELF EMPLOYMENT TAX: $2,216.00 The RETURN DUE DATE OR RETURN RECEIVED DATE (WHICHEVER IS LATER) is Apr. 15, 2025, and my PROCESSING DATE was Feb. 24, 2025. Then there's a TRANSACTIONS section showing: CODE 150 - Tax return filed - CYCLE 20250604 - DATE 02-24-2025 - AMOUNT $2,216.00 14211-427-03576-5 CODE 806 - W-2 or 1099 withholding - DATE 04-15-2025 - AMOUNT -$99.00 CODE 766 - Credit to your account - DATE 04-15-2025 - AMOUNT -$3,418.00 CODE 768 - Earned income credit - DATE 04-15-2025 - AMOUNT -$7,830.00 At the top it says "ANY MINUS SIGN SHOWN BELOW SIGNIFIES A CREDIT AMOUNT" - so does this mean the -$10,131.00 is actually my refund amount? The amounts seem to add up: $2,216.00 tax owed, minus $99.00 for withholding, minus $3,418.00 credit, and minus $7,830.00 for earned income credit equals -$9,131.00 (though my account shows -$10,131.00). With the processing date of Feb. 24, 2025, is that when I should expect my deposit? I'm new to reading these transcripts and want to make sure I understand everything correctly, especially with all these different numbers and dates showing up. Does the fact that my return due date is Apr. 15, 2025 affect when I'll get my refund? Thanks for helping me interpret all these numbers and dates correctly!
