Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. The IRS processes returns in cycles, and PATH Act returns specifically go through extra verification. Here's what you need to know: First, use taxr.ai - it's literally a game changer for understanding your transcript (costs $1 but worth every penny). It'll tell you exactly where you are in the process and when to expect movement. Second, updates typically happen in waves: - First wave: RIGHT after PATH lifts - Second wave: 1-2 weeks after - Third wave: 2-3 weeks after If you claimed EITC/ACTC, your return gets extra scrutiny. Don't panic if others are moving and yours isn't - its totally normal. ProTip: Check your transcript once a week, preferably Saturday morning. That's when most updates are visible.

Pro tip: The IRS system actually updates in batches throughout the night. Even if you see no update at 12am, keep checking every hour until about 6am EST. Thats how I caught my DDD last year.
