Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Does anyone know how to get my Bank of America unblocked? They have been harassing me for over a year now. I got my unblocked 3 months ago. The first I tried to make they closed it. I called edd. My had been and I was told to file an appeal. I filed an appeal. I won the appeal. I called the bank. They unblocked my card and the 26 weeks missing were added to my account. The first I made, they closed the account. I called the bank and got my card unblocked again. I was finally able to $1000 from the ATM. I ordered postmates, the card worked. I tried ordering food later that day, the card was declined. I called the bank again and they want me to go to a bank with 2 forms of ids. Banks are closing everyday because people are getting sick. I’m  an old lady, if I catch I’ll die. Does anyone know how to get the card unblocked or who to contact and complain about this harassment from the bank for the past year?

How long after you won the claim did you call to get your card unblocked ? I’m going through the same issues I won’t my over 2 weeks ago and my card still isn’t unlocked

I just got off the phone with EDD. I wanted an update on address since I mailed documents a week and a half ago. They said it is taking 4-8 weeks to process but may be sooner since they have more resources. Did anyone else receive this information? Given that info it’ll be 3-4 months without income.

Hi Edgar, Yup, they are correct. It’s taking about 1 month & 1/2 to 2 months for them to receive and it in, after it scans in and give it another 2 weeks for them to verify. Once it’s been a month from when you sent it, I suggest calling weekly from them to keep on checking it’s been received and scanned! My husband is going into 3 months without income. My was 6 weeks ago. They changed everything. My email, phone, mailing address to one in New York....everything. I called and finally got someone to help me get back into my account. I was able to and got paid. I had a message to myself, which I did...3 times and they it all 3 times. When I went to the next 2 times, I haven’t got paid. It’s pending. I the line every day and they tell me everything is ok and I just have to wait for the next to take it out of pending. They won’t connect me to that dept. It’s been a month now. Anyone have this similar problem?
