Anyone else feel like we need a complete overhaul of the entire system? It's 2023 and we're still dealing with these archaic processes. SMH.
Pro tip: if u get someone on the phone, be super nice no matter how frustrated u are. The nice reps will sometimes go above and beyond to help u out
idk if this helps but I had a similar issue last month. Turns out there was a glitch in there system that was flagging a bunch of claims for review. It got sorted out after about a week without me having to do anything. Might be worth waiting a few more days before you start calling

Hey OP, have you checked if there's been any recent system updates or policy changes? Sometimes they roll out new stuff without really announcing it and it messes everything up for a while.
