Anyone else notice that the questions are kinda confusing? Like, they ask if you're able to work full-time, but what if you're looking for part-time? The wording tripped me up.
I'm in the same boat, been trying to reach EDD for 3 weeks now. Anyone know if they're planning to improve their phone system anytime soon?
Has anyone tried using the online portal instead of calling? I heard they've been pushing people to use that more.
Have you considered reaching out to your local state representative? Sometimes they can help push things along when you're dealing with state agencies.
Here's what worked for me when I got locked out: 1. Clear your browser cache and cookies 2. Try logging in from a different device (I used my phone instead of computer) 3. If that doesn't work, email their tech support. They usually respond within 48 hours 4. As a last resort, send a written request by mail to unlock your account Hope this helps!
