Hey OP, hang in there! I know its tough, but try not to stress too much. Sometimes these things take time. In the meantime, make sure you have all your ducks in a row - gather any medical documentation, pay stubs, etc. That way, if they do need anything from you, youre prepared.

This exact same thing happened to me back in July! My claim completely disappeared from the website after showing "pending" for a few days. I was freaking out, but it turned out the system was just updating. It showed back up about 3 days later with a status change. In the meantime, I'd suggest taking screenshots of any confirmation emails or reference numbers you got when you first filed - that way you have proof you submitted everything on time. Also, check your SDI account vs your regular UI account - sometimes claims show up in different places than you'd expect. Don't lose hope! The EDD system is frustrating but your claim is probably still in there somewhere. Keep us posted on what happens!

I was hired as a "temporary teaching assistant" and my offer letter did say it was a short-term position to cover for someone on leave. I'll make sure to emphasize this when I talk to EDD. I'm in the exact same boat! This is my first time dealing with UI Online issues and I'm honestly panicking. My certification was due yesterday and I have no idea if it went through or if I'm going to miss my payment.
