This happened to me too! Turns out my doctor hadn't sent in some required paperwork. Might be worth checking with your healthcare provider to make sure everything's been submitted on their end.

Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes EDD emails end up there. Also, make sure your contact info is up to date in your account.
