Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Ugh, I feel your pain. I've been dealing with this for months now. It's ridiculous how broken the system is. Have you tried reaching out to your local representative? Sometimes they can help push things along.
That's a good idea. I hadn't thought of that. How do I find out who my local rep is?
Just google "[your state] find my representative". They usually have contact forms on their websites. Good luck!

Pro tip: go to the office in person if you can. Sometimes face-to-face is the only way to get answers. Bring all your paperwork and don't leave until they give you an update.

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ
