Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Pro tip: if you need info about your case, try contacting your local assemblymember or state senator's office. They often have direct lines to EDD and can help push things along. Saved my butt when I was stuck in limbo for months.

Here's what I've learned after dealing with this mess for months: 1. Be persistent. Call multiple times a day if you have to. 2. Keep detailed notes of every interaction, including dates, times, and names of reps you speak with. 3. Use the online portal to send messages and upload any required documents. 4. If you're not getting anywhere, reach out to your local representatives. 5. Consider using a paid service like Claimyr if you're really stuck. 6. For Spanish speakers, always request a bilingual agent upfront. 7. Be polite but firm with the reps. They're dealing with a lot too. 8. If possible, have all your info (claim number, ID, etc.) ready before you call. 9. Try calling at off-peak hours, like right before they close. 10. Don't give up! It's frustrating, but keep at it. Anyone else notice how they seem to "lose" paperwork conveniently? 🤔 Always keep copies of EVERYTHING you send them. Trust me on this one.
