Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Have you checked if there's an ombudsman office for unemployment issues in your state? They can sometimes help cut through the red tape.

Has anyone had luck with the SDI appeals process? I got denied and I'm not sure if it's worth the hassle to appeal.
DO IT! I appealed and won. It took forever, but I finally got my benefits. Don't give up!
I'm in the middle of an appeal now. It's a pain, but I heard the success rate is pretty high if you have all your docs in order.
Plot twist: what if we all show up at the SDI office with lawn chairs and snacks? Make it a party while we wait for our claims to process 😂🎉

Knowing our luck, they'd probably make us file a permit for the party... and then lose it in their system 🙃

Pro tip: If you're having trouble getting through on the main line, try calling right when they open in the morning. I've had better luck that way.

Quick question - did you get any kind of confirmation when your doctor submitted those extensions? Might be worth double-checking with your doc to make sure they went through on their end.

Hate to say it, but you might be in for a long wait. I had a similar situation last year and it took them almost 3 months to sort it out. Keep pushing tho!
