If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

I'm going through this exact same nightmare right now! Been calling for days with no luck. This thread is honestly a goldmine of actual strategies that work - I had no idea about the 7:55 AM queue trick or that mid-week timing makes such a difference. It's absolutely insane that we need a whole battle plan just to access benefits we're entitled to, but I'm so grateful everyone is sharing what actually works. Definitely going to try the early morning approach with a different phone number tomorrow. The persistence tips are really encouraging too - knowing that people do eventually get through and get approved quickly after that gives me hope. Thanks Oliver for starting this conversation and thanks to everyone sharing their experiences. At least we know we're not fighting this broken system alone! 💪

Logan, I'm right there with you! Just joined this community and honestly feeling pretty intimidated about the whole SNAP process after reading about these phone struggles, but wow - this thread has become like the ultimate survival guide! The collective wisdom here is amazing. That 7:55 AM queue strategy seems to be the real MVP based on everyone's success stories. It's both helpful and infuriating that we need all these tactical approaches just to get basic assistance, but the way everyone's supporting each other here really gives me hope. I'm bookmarking all these tips for when I start my own application. The fact that people get approved quickly once they finally get past the phone barrier is really encouraging. We shouldn't have to strategize like this, but at least we're not doing it alone! Rooting for you to get through tomorrow! 🙏

I'm dealing with this exact same frustration right now! Been trying to get through for my SNAP interview for almost two weeks and it's absolutely maddening. This thread has been such a lifesaver though - I had no idea about so many of these strategies! The 7:55 AM queue trick sounds genius, and I'm definitely going to try the mid-week timing approach. It's honestly heartbreaking that we have to develop these elaborate battle plans just to access help we're legally entitled to. The system seems designed to wear people down until they give up, but reading everyone's success stories here gives me so much hope. I'm going to try the early morning call tomorrow with a different phone number and stay persistent with the redial method. Oliver, thank you for starting this thread - it's created such an amazing resource for all of us navigating this broken system. To everyone sharing their tips and experiences, you're literally helping strangers get through one of the most stressful processes. This community support means everything! 🙏

Liam, your frustration is totally understandable - two weeks is way too long to wait just to get an interview scheduled! I'm new to this community and just starting to navigate the SNAP process myself, but this thread has been incredibly eye-opening. It's amazing how everyone has come together to share these practical workarounds for such a broken system. The 7:55 AM strategy combined with the mid-week timing and different phone number approach seems like the winning combination based on everyone's experiences. You're absolutely right that it's heartbreaking we need these elaborate strategies just to access basic assistance, but the support and knowledge-sharing here is truly inspiring. I'm taking detailed notes on all these tips for my own application journey. Really hoping the early morning approach works for you tomorrow - keep us posted on how it goes! This community proves we're so much stronger when we help each other navigate these bureaucratic nightmares. Sending you good vibes! 🤞

I had a similar struggle a few months ago - it's absolutely maddening! What ended up working for me was using the callback option if your state has one. In Montana, you can request a callback through their online portal instead of waiting on hold. It took about 3 days to get the call back, but at least I didn't have to sit by the phone for hours. Also, try calling different regional offices if possible - sometimes the smaller rural offices have shorter wait times than the main city numbers. Don't give up, you're not alone in this frustration! 🤞

This is super helpful! I had no idea Montana had a callback option through the online portal - that could be a game changer. Do you happen to know which page on their website has that feature? I've been on their site but must have missed it. And the tip about calling rural offices is brilliant - I never thought about that! Thanks for giving me some new strategies to try 😊

I'm dealing with the exact same issue right now! It's so frustrating when you're already struggling financially and then have to jump through all these hoops just to get basic help. I've been calling for weeks with no luck. Reading through everyone's suggestions here is giving me hope though - especially the tips about calling right at 8 AM and trying the callback feature if Montana has one. It's crazy that we have to strategize like this just to access benefits we qualify for, but at least we're all helping each other figure it out. Thanks everyone for sharing what worked for you! 🙏

I'm so grateful I found this thread! Just submitted my SNAP application last week and was dreading the interview process after hearing horror stories from friends. Reading Maya's success story and everyone's experiences here is both eye-opening and encouraging. The fact that we need survival strategies just to access basic food assistance is honestly heartbreaking, but I'm taking notes on all the tips shared here - calling Tuesday/Wednesday mornings, having all documents ready, and maybe budgeting for that calling service if I get desperate enough. It's incredible how supportive this community is despite everyone dealing with the same broken system. Thank you all for sharing your experiences and creating a space where we can help each other navigate this mess! Wishing everyone patience and success in getting the help they need. 🙏

@Anastasia Romanov Welcome to the community! I m'also pretty new to this whole SNAP process and honestly feeling pretty overwhelmed by everything I m'learning here. It s'both comforting and scary to see so many people going through the exact same struggles - at least we know we re'not alone in dealing with this broken system! Maya s'success story really does give hope that eventually we ll'all get through, even if it takes way more effort than it should. I ve'been bookmarking all these tips too especially (the Tuesday/Wednesday morning strategy and) it s'amazing how everyone here is so willing to help each other out despite dealing with their own stressful situations. Definitely going to try the early morning calling approach first before considering that paid service. Thanks for the positive vibes and good luck with your interview when you finally get through! We ve'got this! 💪

I'm just starting my SNAP application process and honestly feeling pretty intimidated after reading everyone's experiences with these crazy wait times! Maya, congratulations on finally getting through - that's amazing after all that time on hold. I'm trying to mentally prepare myself for what sounds like a marathon of phone calls. Quick question for anyone who's been through this - is there any advantage to calling on specific days of the week, or is it pretty much just luck of the draw? I've seen some mentions of Tuesday/Wednesday mornings being better but wanted to see if that's been consistent for others. This community seems so supportive and I'm grateful to have found it before diving into this process! 🤞

@Oliver Becker Hey there! I m'also really new to this whole SNAP process and just started reading through everyone s'experiences here. From what I ve'gathered, the Tuesday/Wednesday morning strategy seems to be pretty consistent advice from multiple people who ve'actually gotten through. Madison mentioned getting through in 20 minutes calling right at 8am, and Seraphina said she noticed shorter waits on those days too. It definitely seems like avoiding Mondays and Fridays is key since those tend to be the busiest. I m'planning to try the Tuesday morning approach when I make my first attempt next week - fingers crossed it works! This community has been such a lifesaver for getting real advice from people who ve'actually been through it. Good luck when you make your calls! 🍀
