Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

If you're calling and getting the busy signal or "high call volume" message, try calling from a different phone number - sometimes they have limits on how many times the same number can call in a short period. I used my work phone after my cell kept getting rejected, and it went through immediately. Also, I noticed that if you call right after lunch time (around 1:30 PM), there's sometimes a sweet spot when call volume drops briefly. I know everyone's saying early morning works best, but this afternoon window might be worth trying if you can't make those 7:30 AM calls. Just another option to add to the toolkit! I had this exact same issue a few months ago! What worked for me was going to a grocery store and doing a cash back transaction instead of using an ATM. For some reason, the point-of-sale systems work even when the ATM network is having problems. You can buy something small like gum and get cash back - saved me when I really needed access to my benefits. Hope this helps until you can get through to customer service!
