If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

Don't panic! I'm a current BU student and had a similar scare with financial aid deadlines my freshman year. Here's what I learned from talking to the financial aid office: BU actually has a "late submission review" process that they don't advertise much, but they'll consider CSS Profiles submitted within 30 days of the original deadline if you have a valid reason (and honestly, missing an email notification counts). When you call tomorrow, ask specifically about this policy. Also, even if you can't submit a late CSS Profile, BU has emergency aid funds and institutional grants that they can award based on just your FAFSA. It might not be the full package you would have gotten, but it's definitely not zero aid. Pro tip: Call right at 9 AM when they open - you'll get through faster and the staff tends to be more helpful in the morning. Have your student ID ready and be prepared to explain your situation clearly and briefly. You're not the first student this has happened to, and you won't be the last. The financial aid office deals with this regularly. Stay calm and advocate for yourself! 💙❤️

@Noah Lee Thank you so much for this insider info! I had no idea about the late "submission review process" - that s'exactly the kind of specific policy info I needed to know about before calling. It s'such a relief to hear from a current BU student who s'been through something similar. I m'definitely setting my alarm to call right at 9 AM tomorrow with my student ID ready. Really appreciate you mentioning the emergency aid funds too - good to know there are backup options even if the CSS Profile doesn t'work out. This community is amazing, thank you all for the support! 🙏

Hey everyone! I'm a current BU sophomore and just wanted to jump in with some additional reassurance. I missed my CSS Profile deadline freshman year too and was absolutely devastated - thought my college dreams were over! But here's the thing - BU's financial aid office is actually way more flexible than you'd expect. When I called (sobbing, honestly), they walked me through their options and I ended up getting most of the aid I needed. They have what they call "professional judgment" reviews where they can make exceptions for situations like ours. A few extra tips from my experience: - Have your FAFSA confirmation handy when you call - If the first person you talk to can't help, politely ask to speak with a supervisor - Be prepared to submit additional documentation if they ask (tax forms, etc.) - Don't be afraid to mention any special circumstances (job loss, medical bills, etc.) The worst part is the waiting and uncertainty, but you're going to get through this! BU wants you to succeed and they have programs in place to help students in exactly your situation. Sending positive vibes for your call tomorrow! 🍀💙

@Ethan Wilson This is so encouraging to hear! I m'a prospective student dealing with the same CSS Profile nightmare and your story gives me hope that BU really does work with students in these situations. The professional "judgment review" sounds like exactly what I might need. Thank you for the practical tips too - I definitely wouldn t'have thought to have my FAFSA confirmation ready or to ask for a supervisor if needed. It s'amazing how supportive this community is! Really appreciate you sharing your experience and the positive outcome 💙
